All healing sessions are conducted via the Zoom platform. At the time of scheduling your reading, you will receive an email with the zoom link that you will use to access your session at the appointed date and time. It is important that you arrive on time to ensure that you receive the full session.

During the reading, Jozef will not have his Zoom camera on as he often has to step off camera to facilitate your reading utilizing his dedicated altars and his sacred space.

Please keep in mind that arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a reschedule of your reading.

30+ years of psychic and spiritual reading experience has allowed Jozef to develop a highly refined and heightened intuition that extends beyond the physical realm. The concept of space and time is diminished and replaced by pure connectedness – no matter where the client is based.

As a result, the accuracy or effectiveness of the reading is not affected by distance.

Jozef's Spiritual Healing sessions are a deeply profound, moving, and restorative experience. In order to maximize your time with him, we recommend you download and review out How To Prepare check list prior to your session.

The length of healing sessions will vary slightly depending on the level and depth of complexity of the issues being adressed. Generally speaking, healing sessions can last up to 60 minutes.

However, Jozef's focus during the session is to provide the highest level of results-driven outcomes during your time together, and not just fill up a time slot.

Every client is different, with the frequency of sessions varying accordingly. Typically, at the end of each healing session, Jozef will make a recommendation as to when it would be appropriate to schedule your next session.

However, as a general rule of thumb, we recommend that clients book a reading with Jozef when they feel it is necessary. Please be aware that Jozef will not book a client more than once in a single week. Our team takes this measure to reduce inaccuracies and prevent dependency.

CLAIRVOYANT – Strongly linked to intuition, this term refers to Jozef’s ability to see visions (through both physical eyes and the mind’s eye). These visions may take the form of colors, images, dreams, symbols and/or direct messages from Higher Completed Spiritual Beings.

CLAIRAUDIENT – Jozef can communicate beyond the physical world to include Advisor Guides and Completed Higher Beings. He typically receives messages as words, names, phrases, sounds, and unintelligible music.

CLAIRCOGNIZANT – Gifted with claircognizant abilities, Jozef is able to ask questions and receive answers internally. He has a unique ‘inner knowing’ that extends far beyond logic, reasoning, and coincidence.

GNOSTIC ASTROLOGY- With the Precession of the Equinoxes as the back drop, we observe through the lens of the Fixed Star in our Local Universe; and as such we remain current in our ability to dive deeply into the Eternal Star that you are within our Original home Universe.

Jozef does not currently provide full Medium readings, often teasing: “I talk with the living and give the dead a rest.” Instead, his services focus on tapping into his gifts as an empath, clairvoyant, clairaudient, and claircognizant psychic.

That being said, loved one(s) will often come through during readings with Jozef. Ancestors may also provide additional insight needed to fulfill the Reading or to bring about a Healing request. As a result, Jozef jokingly considers himself to be “Medium rare”.

So there is a certain level of "mediumship" that occurs, but Jozef does not consider himself a Medium in the classic sense.

Pre-paid packages of sessions are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

We do not record the readings at this time, and therefore do not provide a recording. It is strongly recommended that you take personal notes during your readings with Jozef so that you keep track of the content being presented.

A minimum of 24 hours is mandatory for all RESCHEDULING requests. In the case of rescheduling requests that the office receives in less than 24 hours from the session start, we cannot guarantee a successful rescheduling request.

A minimum 12-hour notice is mandatory for all CANCELLATION requests. In the case of cancellation requests received by the office in less than 12 hours from the session start, we do not offer any refund.

Refund Policy:

Do to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds of sessions/readings that have already been fulfilled and completed. If you are not satisfied with a reading/session then you have a 10 minute window at the start of the session to request a refund. After that 10 minute grace period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
